Every message at rest and in transit is sealed with member-held keys. Operators of the service cannot read the contents of your mailbox. This is an architectural guarantee, not a policy.

Elitemail is a private email service built for principals, advisors, and family offices for whom ordinary inboxes are no longer appropriate. We do not sell accounts. We extend memberships.
Public registration is closed during private beta. Membership is granted only by invitation following review.

We have rebuilt email from first principles for those who treat their correspondence as a matter of consequence. No advertising. No third-party scanning. No data brokerage. Ever.

Custodial discretion
Each member is assigned a dedicated correspondence custodian — a real person reachable for matters of routing, recovery, or sensitive disclosures. Available across four time zones.

Sovereign domains
Members may correspond under a curated portfolio of private domains, or elect to integrate a domain of their own. Aliases are unlimited and revocable in a single gesture.
IV.
Jurisdictional control
Choose the legal jurisdiction under which your archive resides. We operate data enclaves in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Iceland, and the Cayman Islands, each with separate cryptographic isolation.
V.
Quiet inbox
No marketing. No newsletter overflow. No promotional ingestion. Your inbox contains only what you have explicitly admitted to it. Triage is performed by your custodian on request.
VI.
Posthumous protocols
Members may designate succession instructions for their archive in the event of incapacity or passing. We honour them, in coordination with counsel of your choosing.

A note on assurance.
Elitemail LLC is a California limited liability company in good standing. We publish a semi-annual transparency report disclosing the number of lawful requests received and the number complied with. Our infrastructure is audited independently each year by a Big Four firm; the executive summary is made available to members.
We do not, and have never, accepted advertising revenue. We do not, and will not, train artificial intelligence on member correspondence. Our revenue is entirely derived from membership fees, and we intend to keep it that way.
